If you have suffered a recent bereavement, you may want to talk to someone and share how you are feeling. Our trained and experienced staff/volunteers can provide a free and confidential environment for this. We offer face-to-face and telephone support with a culturally appropriate approach.
After suffering a loss you may feel a range of emotions and we are here to offer support immediately and in the weeks to follow.
There are certain things that must be done quickly after suffering a loss, such as registering the death and arranging for a funeral. We can provide practical help as well as information.
Additionally, we can provide you with a range of literature which may help you during this difficult time.
Furthermore, you may want to talk to someone to share your feelings and emotions and we can help in the following ways:
